Abstract submission deadline: September 15, 2025

By September 15, 2025, you can submit your abstract to present a research project or share a successful case study at KEY 2026.

The Call for Papers is open to universities, companies, research institutions, and associations — including non-exhibitors —
providing a platform for the publication of original work in a scientific journal accessible to an international expert community.

All contributions will be evaluated by a Board of experts, and 25 selected abstracts will be published in a special issue of «QualEnergia Science», highlighting research and innovation in the energy sector.

Take part and bring your ideas to the center of the debate on the energy transition.

The abstracts will be evaluated by the Editorial Committee through a double-blind peer review process. The outcome will be communicated by October 15, 2025. Late or non-compliant abstracts will not be accepted.

Selected authors will be required to submit a full paper (maximum 30,000 characters, including spaces), which will be published in QualEnergia Science.

Some selected contributions may be invited for oral presentation (8 minutes each) during a special session at the KEY 2026 exhibition, which will take place from March 4 to 6 at the Rimini Expo Centre.
